Junior Product Designer (Serbia)

What You’ll Bring To The Team:

As a member of our Product Design team, you will design easy-to-use web and mobile applications for our portfolio of Site Enablement solutions, informed by user-centered research.

The Junior Product Designer supports Product Designers and other R&D peers by providing input into design decisions and completing the design deliverables for assigned products and features. With a strong focus on user interface design, Junior Product Designers will be responsible for converting ideas and concepts to product and design artifacts such as wireframes, prototypes, presentations, user flows, and contributing to our Design System. This role collaborates with an agile, cross-functional project team of Product Designers, Engineers, QA Engineers, Product Owners, Product Managers, and Stakeholders (both internal and external) spanning the entire product development lifecycle.

We are seeking candidates with experience in user experience design, and specifically user interface design, bonus if that was as a part of a cross-functional team. Successful candidates will be passionate about working in a collaborative team environment and designing user-centered products that enable our customers to do their best work.

You Will:

• Partner closely with a Product Designer throughout the product lifecycle to support design activities and creation of design deliverables covering user research, through exploring and fleshing out design solutions, to product launch
• Create sketches, wireframes, screens and prototypes in Figma, and other digital tools to test and improve product experiences, and drive product development.
• Partner with the Product Owner to ensure all required requirements, details and workflows are represented in design
• Serve as a member of agile scrum teams, and take part in scrum ceremonies
• Leverage established components and patterns to deliver design work, and propose additions to the Design System where appropriate
• Support design operations and cross-functional process improvement initiatives, as needed

An Ideal Candidate Has

• 1+ year of internship or professional experience in product design or user experience within a product development / agile environment, with a focus on User Interface / Interaction design, for B2B/Enterprise software 
• Strong demonstrated experience in Figma
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, and can present work and concepts to the broader team
• An updated design portfolio that demonstrates qualifications
