Finance Controller Manager

Tasks

• Expense control and continuous efficiency improvement;
• Supporting finance manager with preparation of monthly forecasts, budgets, and variance reports;
• Driving ad hoc analytics for timely visibility, alerts & decision support;
• Creating and driving continuous financial operations process improvements (B2P, travel, accounting, tax, treasury, etc. related policies/processes);
• Supporting operations / legal / marketing and other functions during launch preparation;
• Supporting month-end / year-end financial close process.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree (accounting / finance);
• 6+ years of demonstrated experience;
• Strong organizational, communicational, prioritization skills;
• Problem solver mindset is a key; High-growth operations, finance, support, tech, or startup experience is strongly preferred;
• A self-motivated, persistent individual that works well independently;
• Fluent in English;
• Advanced user of Excel (important area);
• A VPN is required to respond to a vacancy.
