About us

• Quadcode is an IT product company. We've been developing software for the trading and investment industry for 8 years. Our flagship product is a SaaS trading platform with an audience of 80M users in over 200 countries. Our team in Russia consists of over 450 people, 65% of whom are technicians. A total of over 700 people are employed in our group of companies in 5 countries. We write in Go, PHP, C++, Scala, Python, and Java. We use the classic Scrum, Data Driven, and Agile approaches.
• We are currently developing the Product Managers branch in Trading B2C and B2B. Our first trading platform is one of the best in the world (IFM Awards, IAIR Awards, FX Report Awards), and we don't want to lower that bar. So we need someone experienced in successful product launches in both the B2B and B2C segments.
• The main task of the Visionary Product Owner is product development in both areas (what are we doing? why? for whom? what's most important right now, and what can we leave out?) If you have this experience under your belt, we should definitely talk.

Your tasks:

• Strategy:
• review and update the company's product goals,
• plan major development tasks for the quarter,
• coordinate the allocation of development resources to activities (new development, support, tech debt, R&D).
• Planning:
• scoring all features, checking their description and design,
• assigning product managers to features, syncing teams within the branch: designers, product analysts, and product owners.
• Leadership:
• hire product managers to new positions, develop team skills, get involved in problem cases, check and review roadmaps from all product managers,
• unite regional managers, business developers, and product managers.

The experience and skills you'll need:

• All the typical hard skills of a product manager: A/B testing, hypothesis testing, unit economics, cust dev.

As well as:

• At least 4 years of experience as a product owner; creating products from scratch (preferably in large international companies with a related profile because we need a person who understands the specifics of high risk and trading),
• Fluency in English (we're an international company, and this is the native language for most of your colleagues),
• Successful experience leading a team of over 10 people (your branch consists of around 40 employees, so you'll definitely need these skills).

Where are we located:

• In St. Petersburg. Work from home or the office or combine those options however you want. You decide. If you want to work from the office, it's located 10 minutes away from Novocherkasskaya metro station and has everything from cafes to a gym.
• Candidates from outside St. Petersburg are provided with a corporate apartment for the first month of work. We refund the cost of travel to St. Petersburg and help with documents (for foreigners).
