Intern (Investment Banking Division)

Objectives:

• Participate in the "full cycle" of transactional execution including preparing pitches, reviewing and formulating financial analysis, preparing and presenting client presentations
• Candidate will be expected to develop expertise in the quantitative and analytical practices used to develop strategic, capital structure and valuation recommendations to clients and will work alongside senior bankers in providing relationship support and executing transactions
• Performing financial valuation and analysis
• Building and using financial models
• Preparing presentation materials and participating in deal pitches
• Conducting industry and product research
• Interacting with Alfa-Bank's clients and colleagues from various internal departments
• Executing client transactions from start to closing

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate/master’s degree from a leading university
• Prior relevant job experience is a plus
• Financial modeling/valuation and analytical skills
• Good knowledge of Excel/PowerPoint
• Excellent knowledge of Corporate Finance and Accounting
• Fluent English
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• High motivation and ability to handle stress while managing multiple workstreams
• Highly organized, detail and result oriented, team player
