Product Analyst (Remote)

About the job:

We are looking to hire a full-time Product Analyst. Borzo's analysts are full-fledged members of product teams who help make business decisions. Product Analysts report to the Lead of Analytics.

For that position, we are looking for a professional with excellent data analysis skills and a genuine curiosity to explore and understand Borzo products, who will extract meaningful insights from data.

Work Type: Full-time, facilitated through our Russian legal entity.

Key Job Responsibilities and Expected Outcomes:

• Facilitate data-informed decision-making across product and business teams to grow business;
• Proactively identify and suggest growth areas;
• Design experiments and interpret the results to draw detailed and actionable conclusions;
• Build insightful and user-friendly reports that simplify stakeholders’ lives.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or another type of data analysis-focused position;
• Advanced SQL expertise (optimizing queries for performance, CTE, and window functions);
• Data interpretation skills (critical thinking, identifying biases or limitations, evaluating data source reliability, solid knowledge of statistics);
• Proficiency in data manipulation (cleaning, transforming, and reshaping data, experience with Python);
• Proficiency in data visualization (effective visualization for different audiences and contexts).
