Trainee to Communication

Main responsibilities:

• Sign up new contractors, initiate and follow-up payments, prepare necessary reports and ensure paperwork is done according to latest accounting requirements
• Organizing meeting with bloggers/influencers
• Preparing the plan of bloggers/influencer activations
• Follow-up with involved bloggers/influencer on the correct and timely execution of the activations
• Participation in photo-shooting with magazines/bloggers/influencers
• Support and coordinate internal and external trainings (conference rooms bookings, agenda, snacks&lunches, handouts preparation)
• Assist with analytics (CRM data)
• Assist with events, Marketing and PR reports preparations
• Take part in other presentations preparation
• Cooperate with other Richemont departments regarding new contractors and documents flow
• Assist with ERM requests
• Assist with Dealers Trade-Marketing activities reports preparation
• Assist with EDM translations 
• Ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

• Higher education
• At least 6 months of experience in the one of the fields of marketing/PR team assistance, events coordination, commercial team assiastance, creative/advertising agency or SMM
• Analytical type of mind, accuracy, attention to details, ability to work in multi-task environment, team player
• Advanced PC skills (MS Office, especially Excel)
• Experience with Photoshop, Lightroom as an advantage
• Fluent Russian, fluent English
