Description
- Our A&I Managers serve as internal business strategy consultants, whose role it is to ensure that consumer and shopper analytics and insights are the foundations of our business strategy and execution. Your key to success will be your ability to build on and combine soft skills with analytical skills to convey research findings and drive actions with your key business partners across levels and functions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead learning plans to generate deep insights and turn them into category growth opportunities and Joint Business Planning ideas in key retailers and emerging Sales channels
- Understand shopper needs, behaviors and motivations to enable shopper-focused business choices
- Partner with business leaders, collaborate within a multifunctional team (Sales, Marketing, IT, etc) to develop winning business strategies, communication and marketing plans
- Build top-notch shopper understanding capabilities for A&I and Sales organizations (develop new tools, methodologies, run trainings, etc)
Qualifications
- Higher education diploma
- Strong analytical skills, including good knowledge of statistics and econometrics (e.g., significance testing and basic modelling skills)
- Entrepreneurial spirit to turn insights into impactful business plans
- Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
- Ready for a full-time work schedule (40 hours per week)
