Marketing Operations Specialist

Обязанности:

• Budgetary issues - planning, plan-fact analysis, transfer of budget balances.
• Conducting the contractual process and document flow with contractors together with marketing communications managers, legal and financial departments.
• Formation of a draft agreement.
• Monitoring the conclusion of NDA and compliance with new counterparties, as well as monitoring the status of current contracts.
• Coordination of the contract with all interested departments and persons.
• Monitoring the conclusion of the contract, exchange of acts, preparation of a report on the work done.
• Maintaining registers of counterparties.
• Communication with counterparties regarding timely payments and exchange of documents.
• Making payments.
• Tracking payment statuses.
• Monitoring the terms of use of intellectual property.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle systems, or similar tools.

Требования:

• Higher Education (preferably in finance or economics).
• English language proficiency at Upper Intermediate level or above.
• 1+ year of relevant experience at large companies (preferably in international companies).
• Strong analytical skills.
• Solid understanding of Finance and Legal processes at large companies.
