Tasks:

• Identifying qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques.
• Developing talent pipelines for the current and future hiring needs in different departments (mainly Software, QA, Hardware).
• Interacting with potential candidates via social media and professional networks.
• Maintaining and developing professional relationships by attending social groups and conferences or job fairs.
• Generating analytical and well-documented recruiting reports.
• Creating and posting catchy and attractive recruitment ads on external job boards and social media channels, continually promoting our employer brand.

Requirements:

• Not less than three years experience in recruitment (tech recruitment experience is necessary).
• Deep understanding of the modern recruitment tools.
• Strong knowledge of a variety of sourcing methods.
• Advanced English is a must, German is an advantage.
