Backend Team Lead, Python (Cyprus, Poland)

What you will do

• Manage the backend team (currently 3 developers)
• Building and supporting the processes in the team
• Motivation, development, and performance management of the developers in the team
• Be responsible for quality, deadlines, and planning

We expect that you have

• At least 2 years of professional work experience in a similar position
• Experience in working with popular Python frameworks (Django, FastAPI)
• Working experience with PostgreSQL (or other RDBMS)
• Experience with a message broker like RabbitMQ
• Experience with CI/CD, Monitoring
• Ownership of projects from concept to release
• English level B2+

Beneficial skills

• Understanding of cloud technologies, proficiency in AWS
• Preferably, a degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Highly interested in a fast-paced software development environment
• Passion for learning new things and continuous improvement
